IMPLEMENTATION OF A SOLVENCY II PROJECT AT THE GREEK SUBSIDIARY OF AN INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY

Being Solvency II compliant is crucial to an Insurance Organization: it facilitates the mitigation of risk and enhances the organization’s credibility and thus its reputation.

Analytical View has been appointed to deliver services in order to assist the deployment of the Solvency II for this Insurance Company. Under the scope of the project Analytical View offers Data Integration Services utilizing SAS Detail Data Store (DDS) for Insurance which serves as a single source of all the information for creating a risk data warehouse, and is a module of SAS Risk Management for Insurance comprehensive solution. Additionally Analytical View offers coding services for the Calculations of Solvency Capital Requirements and for the Creation of Regulatory Reports required for Solvency II. Analytical View also delivers Presentation of Project’s Results and Project Documentation as well as Customer Training on the provided solution.

DEPLOYMENT OF A SOCIAL NETWORK ANALYSIS (SNA) FOR CHURN PREVENTION SOLUTION FOR A MAJOR MOBILE OPERATOR IN EASTERN EUROPE.

Since the highly saturated communications market has left few customers to acquire, customer retention has become critical and communications service providers (CSPs) must understand their customers' experience, identify who is profitable and of those who is likely to leave, and which factors drive them to leave. Using SAS solutions, a CSP can obtain integrated customer view, prioritize, predict and pre-empt customer issues, target social influencers, measure profitability and implement retention campaigns.

Analytical View’s role in the project is to deliver services of Business Analysis, Adaptation of SNA Processes to CSP’s Environment, Social Network Analysis, Implementation of Social Churn Influence and Pressure Values, Model Deployment and Results Presentation, Project Documentation and Customer On-site Training.
